Picture Day is set for Thursday, September 9th, 2021
To help things run smoothly, please see the process outlined below:
Station #1 INFORMATION STATION; parents will be greeted where all questions will be answered about picture packets and order forms will be filled out.
Station #2 PHOTO ID STATION; the players will have a head shot taken with their order form so they can be identified later while processing.
Station #3 PAYMENT STATION; parents will make their payments. We except cash (preferably, exact amount), debit/credit cards, and checks.
Station #4 PREP & POSE STATION; parents will have the opportunity to make sure that their child’s uniforms are tucked, shoelaces are tied, hair is just right. The players will also have an opportunity to pick a pose from a collage of poses that we will have displayed on a board in case a player does not have a pre-selected pose for their photo.
Station #5 The player will take their photo(s) in their designated area.
This process helps everything go smoothly so please follow the stations.
There will be four photographers to help the photoshoot run smoothly and quickly.
Photographer 1– will shoot Traditional Individual Photos
Photographer 2 & 3– will shoot Green Screen/Tent Custom Photos,
Photographer 4– will shoot the Team Photos.

Special Note: Cheer will reschedule their photo session once completed uniforms are in. As soon as a date is set, cheer coaches will make the announcement.
